If you are skillful and witty enough, even the largest trucks cannot touch you with a solid hit, although you will always sustain some damage because of the impact. This way, you can utilize your handling to hit the trucks where it hurts the most. Alternatively, you can settle for weaker but more maneuverable cars. In fact, it is relatively easy to acquire these coins, thanks to the generosity of the game. Of course, you can save in-game coins to purchase stronger cars. I feel like the destruction derby game mode is severely under representing, or I'm just completely missing. However these are car racing games with destruction elements, I'm looking for a destruction derby focussed game (i guess with racing elements too if it wants it). Ofcourse, there is the Burnout series, Burnout 3 being my personal favourite. I had some really fond memories playing through Flatout, especially the in car view as I smash into other cars. I've been itching for some car destruction games.
